We are one of 200+ dispensaries in Canada that are NOT operating under the federally-approved medical marijuana system. To qualify under the federal system, you need to get a doctor’s approval and Health Canada’s permission to purchase from one of the 26 licensed producers. City Hall have allowed dispensaries to proliferate so people can safely access medicine, as long as there are no sales to minors. The Mail Order Marijuana system has been shipping weed in the mail since the 90’s and to date, no one has been charged for recieving medical marijuana through the mail. That being said, we are not at fault for anything that could happen because we are not working with any federal approval.
You must be a Canadian resident that’s over the age of 19. No medical card necessary.

Yes, all of our images are taken by our own photographers (unless provided by our vendor) and of our very own products .
We offer a 30-Day limited warranty from the date of delivery on batteries and chargers.  If you find that your pen is defective on arrival, not charging, or not heating properly, please contact customer support at [email protected] as soon as possible.
Please be advised that due to circumstances that are out of our control, such as summer heat and humidity, there is a risk that the shatter you ordered will turn to budder by the time you receive it.
Unfortunately, shatter turning to budder is not uncommon when exposed to heat but it does not make your shatter unsafe in any way.
We do not offer any reimbursement or refunds if your shatter turns to budder.

ORDERING

How Do I place an order?
Here’s a step-by-step guide in placing your order:
Click on the desired product(s), choose your quantity then click “Add to Cart”. You will then have the option to “View Cart”, “Check out”, or you can close the pop-up window with the X in the upper right hand corner to continue shopping.
At the “View Cart” page; you can edit your order, apply coupons, redeem points and view shipping costs. When you “Checkout” the order, choose to pay via Interac E-transfer.
Note: Partial payments are NOT accepted. Do not forget to include your Order number in the notes section when sending the Interac E-Transfer.
Please allow up to 24 hours for your payment to be processed. You will be notified by email of your order status and tracking information.
If we receive your order and Interac E-transfer by our 8am PST cutoff time, your order will ship that business day. If we receive your order and payment after 8am PST, your order will ship the next business day.
After we receive your order form we will send you an email with the current e transfer address. 
Once the e-Transfer is sent, it may take up to 48 hours to complete and for us to receive it from your bank. Once the e-Transfer is received by us, we notify you by email and will send you a tracking number once the order has been packaged and you’ve received an email saying that it’s been ‘Completed’.

SHIPPING

We offer FREE Xpresspost Shipping via Canada Post over $150.
Shipping generally takes about 2-3 business days to majority parts of Canada. Please note depending on your city (usually smaller populations) will be 3 business days.
PLEASE NOTE
The post office is closed Saturdays and Sundays, so all orders placed from Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped out first thing Monday
Yes this is possible! You’ll have to sign up for Canada Post’s Flex Delivery service and use the address they provide.

If your mailing area has had theft before this is a great secure option
A signature is required when an order is $300 or more to receive your package.  If you do not want this option, please leave a note with your order saying “No Signature Required”. If you refuse signature required we will not be responsible for missing or confiscated packages.
Your order will be discretely packaged and vacuum-sealed to protect and maintain your privacy. We ship using Canada Post Xpresspost mailers or unmarked plain boxes with no indication of what is inside.
A tracking number is provided within 12 hours of sending out your package. It will be emailed to the email provided by you in your profile – make sure to check your junk mail.
Please allow up to 48 hours for Canada Post to scan the package and update the system with the tracking number.
If you’re tracking your package on Canada Post’s website and it has not updated in a while, it’s most likely due to your package missing a scan, which is fairly common.
Once the package is in Canada Post system it’s already making its way towards you. Expect delivery within 2-3 business days depending how far you live from a major city in your province
here are 2 likely scenarios:
a) The postal worker put it in the wrong mailbox, or

b) What often happens is that a postal worker will scan in all the packages saying they were “successfully delivered” then spend that day and/or the next day delivering it.

If you do not get your package 2 days after the expected delivery date, let us know and we will file a trace with the post office. Canada Post will file an investigation which can take 5 business days to complete. If they can locate the package, they will ship it to you and you’ll get it a few days later. If it’s deemed “unrecoverable”, we will send you a 1x replacement free of charge (UP TO $125).

We don’t offer refunds if the package arrives late due to postal issues. Order at your own risk, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages if your order is marked as delivered when tracking.

From Canada Post The investigation involves contacting the addressee to confirm delivery, or to better understand how they receive their mail and, as applicable, if they checked:
with the front desk, security or mail room at the receiving address to see if someone else accepted the item on their behalf; their Community Mail Box for the item or parcel compartment key; around their property to see if the item was left in a safe location or in a mailbox attached to their home. In rare cases, a delivery scan is entered into our system before the item is delivered. If you become aware that the addressee has received the item before we contact you, simply reply to this e-mail indicating the item has been received.”
If you’re tracking your package on the Canada Post website and it looks like it’s headed to the wrong city, it’s most likely due to human error at Canada Post. Human errors happen on occasion as the postal employee has to manually enter each postal code in the system and if they are off by a digit/letter, it can cause a routing error and subsequent delay of 1-2 days.
Due to high % of theft in rural areas, especially Nunavut, Northern Ottawa, Northern Quebec. We are not responsible for any Canada Post packages that are stolen.

PAYMENT

We accept email money transfer through Interac E-transfer.
If you use online banking with a Canadian bank or credit union, then sending an Interac E-Transfer just takes a couple minutes.
Google Search “your bank name” + Interac E-Transfer and you should easily find instructions on how to send an e-Transfer with your financial institution. For more detailed information on sending an e-Transfer, please contact your bank.
Once you have sent the E-Transfer, it could take up to a few hours for us to receive an email notification of your payment. The status of your order will be ‘On Hold’ until the payment is received.
PLEASE NOTE: If the payment is not received within the 24 hour period, your order will be cancelled.
Once the Interac E-transfer has been sent, it could take up to an hour for us to receive an email notifying us of your payment. The payment will be pending until we have collected the E-transfer.
