The 1000mg is already a decently high dose. It’s not too intense, but it’s enough to set you over for a few hours. Personally I think it’s the right size dosage for me. The mango cream flavour is okay… The ‘cream’ makes it taste a little earthy. It’s not bad, but not my favourite. Although my roommate said it was their favourite of the two we tried
